I had the pleasure of booking with Melao Travel, and it was one of the best travel experiences I've had (airport to resort)! From start to finish, everything was seamless and well-organized, and there was no waiting at the airport. The team at Melao Travel went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my trip was taken care of, even providing cold water upon arrival. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and I truly felt like an ambassador during the ride.
The customer service was outstanding, with prompt responses and excellent communication throughout the entire process. They were incredibly flexible and helpful in tailoring the trip to my timeline. I had the privilege of being driven by two different drivers (at arrival, sadly I forgot his name), both of whom spoke perfect English and made me feel completely at ease with my family in the car. At departure, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the company, who was not only a fantastic hostess but also an excellent driver.
Melao Travel also offers additional excursions and activities, which are certainly equally well-organized. Unfortunately, due to an injury before my vacation, I couldn’t take advantage of those services, but I could tell they genuinely care about making their clients’ vacations perfect.
Not only did Melao Travel provide excellent planning and logistics, but they also ensured my comfort and convenience every step of the way. I had peace of mind knowing I was in great hands.
