2. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to qualify for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee or no refund.
Some special promotions or last-minute deals may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
3. Changes to Bookings
Requests to change dates, times, or services are subject to availability and must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

It is the passenger’s duty to provide accurate flight details and contact information to avoid delays.
Melao Travel is not responsible for missed flights or connections due to late arrivals or delays caused by the passenger.

All passengers must follow the safety instructions provided by our drivers and tour guides.
Melao Travel reserves the right to refuse service or remove passengers who behave inappropriately, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or endanger the safety of others.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost or damaged items.
6. Limitation of Liability
Melao Travel acts as an intermediary and facilitator for transportation and excursions. While we strive to provide excellent service, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party providers.
In no event shall Melao Travel be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Force Majeure
Melao Travel is not liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of this jurisdiction.
